Chocolate poster from Buffy the Vampire Slayer- season 4, on the back of Buffy’s and Willow’s dorm room door.

Did a bit of searching, it appears to be called Chocolate, as photographed by Naomi Weissman – http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,275814,00.html – published by Tenspeed Press.

edited to add… it seems unlikely that it’s still about – this is an ebay search listing for the same poster http://wantitnow.ebay.com/Chocolate-Poster-by-Naomi-Weissman_W0QQadidZ110292743938 along with a few other requests around the internet. i’ll keep looking though!
