Is there something about Cyprus that attract people with money?
I was just speaking with someone who told me that people with money often to go Cyprus to vacation and park money. I know this is extremely vague, but this is all I have heard.
I just want to know 1) if this is true and 2) what it is about Cyprus that attracts people from all different lands.

Just to clarify. I understand it is a beautiful place and everyone would want to visit. But apparently, many rich people specifically go to Cyprus. I was just curious what was so specific about Cyprus that SPECIFICALLY brought people of wealth.
Cyprus taxation system holds a beneficial one for off-shore companies. Off-shore companies are the pet projects of people with money as they can divert black money or illegally accumulated monies into them. Thus the connection of rich people to the island.
