Which book/DVD is the best for Spanish starters who do not have much spare time?

We are full-time employees, and our company want us to grasp business-level conversational Spanish within a short period of time. Due to our busy schedules, we do not have the luxury of sitting in a formal class to learn Spanish. As a result, we turn to you guys for recommendations on which book/DVD is the best material for us busy Spanish starters… Thanks in advance!

I would suggest using a cd to learn and using one designed for the car. You can do this anywhere, in your staff room, at a 15 or 20 minute training session or as you drive. The great thing about learning with a CD designed for the car is that everything you need to know is on the CD.
