My LG DVD RAM Drive Has Gone Dead And I Think I’m The Murderer Please Help Me I Will Give Anything You Want ?

I was trying to play a prated movie my brother bought and i was just playing it in power dvd when the drive was stuck | i tried to open my drive but it did not so i had to use a safety pin and inserted it in the small hole given in the DVD drive and used it to open my drive but when i tried to close it the button didn’t work first i didn’t take this seriously but soon i found out that it was not responding and something very odd happened the icon looked as a ‘?’ mark in a red sphere with a drive behind.It says location 0 (0) and 0 bytes , cant open and does not shows up in my device manager.PLEASE I BEG OF ALL YOU PEOPLE TO HELP ME AND SORRY FOR THE BAD ENGLISH I AM FROM JAPAN.

Well this one’s a serious problem. Try to open your Dvd drive with screw drivers from top and remove any broken disc particle. If your not good at it just get it repaired at a shop.
