Spring Break?

I’m a 21 year old British male living in the UK and looking to go Spring Break next year hopefully with a couple of mates.
What I wanna find out is where is the best place to go for a crazy couple of weeks of pure partying?
roughly how much money do you spend?
And is it worth it? I’ve been to Ibiza and other party hotspots in Europe, is it worth me travelling all that way for just a bog standard holiday?

Oh and does anyone know of any good websites,links companies ETC that does spring break packages that I can take a gander at.
