Harmony Cosette

From the boys list:
I like Moses, and I could maybe deal with Amadeus, but I don’t like them together- it’s too ‘celebrity trendy’ for me.
Kaiden James is meh. I like James, it’s a classic, but I don’t really like Kaiden.
I do like Jackson David a lot- Jackson is unique, but not outrageous; together, it’s a strong, masculine name.
I don’t like Cameron Andrew.
I like the name Christien, but not spelled like that, and I don’t really like the name Eliott.
I think separately Damien and Michael are beautiful names- unfortunately, I can’t help thinking of The Omen when I think of Damien though.
I think Abbott is a cute, unique name, but I really don’t like Aekely- nor do I know how to pronounce it!
I don’t like Dayson Blaine- it sounds like a soap opera star.
I like Ethan Jacob.
I really like Noah, but not Dresdin- I think of the Dresden Dolls. Not necessarily a bad thing, but meh…
I love the name Lucas and I guess I like the name Kinley, but not together.
I like the name Tristan Robert a lot. It’s unique, but masculine at the same time. A nice, strong name.
I had a (girl) friend in high school named Logan, so I can’t help but think it’s a girl name when I see it, and I think of an annoying kid from school I knew named Reed, so I don’t like the name.
Topher Owen is ok… but again, I can’t help but think of Topher Grace and Owen Wilson!
I love Alexander, I don’t love Brody.
I like Isaiah a lot, and Matthew is ok. You can’t really go wrong with Biblical names.
I love love love Josiah and Oliver is ok.
I don’t like Sawyer Mitchell.
I like Emmett, and Landen is ok.
Hayden Sterling is another one that sounds like a soap star to me.

For the girls:
I do not like Finley Rae at all.
I like Melodie… but I like it spelled with a y. I don’t like Rain.
Ella Grace is very nice- sweet, simple, elegant.
I don’t like Aubrey Anne. Aubrey feels too trendy for me, and Anne seems so boring.
I love Arabella, but it does feel a little bit like a romance novel heroine’s name. Danielle seems too plain to go with it.
Charlotte is a nice, classic name, but I don’t like Skye. It reminds me of Skype.
I love Arielle spelled like this, but I don’t like Fleur!
I think Joanna is a gorgeous name- it’s sexy and elegant at the same time, but when you add the Comfort, it just seems like a stripper/prostitute name!!
I love Emmy, don’t like Eloise.
Joslyn is ok, I like Margaret a lot.
I love Juliette Mary. I hear ‘Marie’ a lot as a middle name, and I like Mary because it’s basically the same thing, just switched up a little bit.
I don’t really know how to pronounce Lisle; Violet is pretty.
I do not like Mallory Ainsley!
My name is Aria!! I’m biased. :) But I don’t like Blossom! Wasn’t that a Powerpuff Girl?
I really like Brooklyn Hope- it’s unique, but not too outrageous. It feels hip, but not obnoxiously ‘hipster.’
Obviously, Delilah makes me think of the Biblical story (and the Tom Jones song), which isn’t a great connotation, but I do think it’s a pretty name. Joy is ok.
I do not like Bethany- Faith is ok.
Don’t like Tenley Marie.
I like Lily, but I don’t like Abigail.
I like Harmony, and I like Cosette, but I don’t like them together.

You’ve got a nice bunch of names there! I don’t like them all, but it was fun to go through them!

Throughout his long, wandering, often distinguished career Francis Ford Coppola has made many films that are good and fine, many more that are flawed but undeniably interesting, and a handful of duds that are worth viewing if only because his personality is so flagrantly absent. Yet he is and always shall be known as the man who directed the Godfather films, a series that has dominated and defined…

Asphalt Jungle [VHS]

Asphalt Jungle [VHS]

$5.75

The dark urban world of The Asphalt Jungle is one of the essential destinations in film noir, but be warned: despite tough guy Sterling Hayden’s dreams of bucolic escape, there is no way out. John Huston directed this superbly calibrated crime classic, which displays his usual wry appreciation of fringies and down-and-outers. This time the task for Huston’s eccentric ensemble is a jewel robbery, w…
