Micromax Offers An Opportunity To Meet Bryan Adams
Micromax Informatics Ltd., which is the biggest Indian domestic mobile phone company, in conditions of units shipped through the quarter finished 31st March, 2010 and the 3rd biggest handset seller as at 31st March, 2010, decided ten selected winners from across the Sri Lanka has prospect to not only experience Bryan Adams live in performance but also meet him individually. Micromax mobiles, as the Title Sponsor by the Bryan Adams Live Show – India trip travelled across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and New Delhi. The ten selected winners chosen through the special competition by the Micromax previous this year includes Avantha Shashimal, Gihan Subasigha, Chalaka Liyanage, Chaminda Kariyawasam, Madawa Madushanka, Mohan Rodrigo, Nishantha, Nishad Fernando, Keshan Fernando and Tharidu Ferdinando. Speaking on their memorable experience one of the lucky winners Gihan Subasigha told that it has been his lifelong dream to look at a performance through Bryan Adams on a worldwide performance stage. He never expected to meet Bryan Adams in person, but the company made it happen for him not just for him but to all the ten lucky winners of the Micromax competition.
The Micromax competition launched in a few weeks previous to the show required that the Micromax purchaser send in a SMS with the handsets’ International Mobile Equipment Identity number, a code will found on every handset. The Sri Lanka winners were to attend show of Delhi but it was unluckily cancelled due to strong rains. Not in need to disappoint its consumers, the company flew the ten lucky winners to Hydrabad city where the next show was to be stage. Chalaka Liyanage, Gihan Subasigha and another lucky winners commenting on fully sponsored trip told that he all took their seats near the VIP in the performance, which was too exciting for them as Bollywood celebrities along the like of Sunil Shetty also seated with them. They are very lucky to met Bryan Adams separately, it is a moment that he will adore for the rest of his life.
