What is the record for staying in a swimming pool the longest?
Me and a friend where going to try and break a record for staying in his swimming pool the longest…. We wanted to know what the world record is for staying in the pool the longest for a certain period of time… Is their like something for guineas world records? Or anything else??… If anyone finds something thank you alot because we have had no luck on finding it
I don’t think there’s a record for that, and it doesn’t lend itself well to record-breaking challenges. Someone who doesn’t have to work and can afford to pay people to bring him food and remove his, er, waste, could spend the rest of his life in a pool, but it would get pretty boring. You’d have to do something more challenging like holding your breath the longest (but 16 minutes is extremely hard to beat) or staying underwater the longest with scuba gear (10 days). I think I’d look for another type of record to break if you have a life and don’t want to disrupt it for a long period of time.
