What are the differences in the Hancock 1-Disc Unrated Edition?

I just bought the Hancock 1-Disc Unrated Edition, and I wanted to know what the differences were between that and the theatrical version? Or even between that and the 2-Disc Unrated edition? Thanks!

All I noticed was that sex scene at the beginning.

That scene was a waste of film in my opinion. Didn’t remotely add to the movie.
