Nightwish cover song, is it available on CD?
Is Nightwish’s cover of the themes from “Crimson Tide” and “Deep Blue Sea” available on CD or for download? Only place I find it listed is on a live DVD.

There is an audio CD of the ‘From Wishes to Eternity’ DVD you mentioned. However it was released in Finland only and was limited to 10,000 copies. When you consider their popularity in Finland (and the rest of the world), I’m guessing these were swiped up pretty quickly.
I would recomend keeping an eye out for it on eBay.
Edit: @ Vickystarr. I think the version you are talking about is the superaudio version, which, you’re right, doesn’t include the instrumental. But the version I mentioned, the 10000 limited version, does include it. (see new source posted).
