My sisters psp wont always read umd movies and games?

my sisters psp wont play games or movies sometimes it does but thats every now and then. it worked fine then after she went on the internet it wouldnt play them. and when we put a umd in it makes crackling sounds. and the movie and games worked on my psp and their both slim psps

Hopefully, it’s still under warranty. Find the information and have SONY replace it ASAP.
