A question about Ace Ventura: Pet Detective?

At the end when Ace is fighting Lois Einhorn, why does she start spazzing out? Is it because she knows they’re going to finally find her out? Or is she just psycho? It’s just weird, they fight, and then she start twitching and spazzing out. Also, what does a hemeroid have to do with stealing the dolphin?
