Netflix wants to charge me 20.00 for a dvd I never received. How do I tell them that I never got it?

The dvd never came in the mail. I don’t ever recall receiving it. How and where do I email them to tell them I never got it?

On their site should be a link where you can contact them about problems you’ve had with a DVD or not receiving a DVD. I think the link is somewhere under My Account but I recently canceled my account with them so I’m not too sure on that one. But if you were supposed to have received the DVD awhile ago I wouldn’t expect them to do anything about it.
