Why did i never go through puberty?

I’m a girl and i did go through puberty like my period but i never got a growth spurt. i still have baby fat like a double chin i’m at a normal weight for my height and age. So what happened did it just skip me or something?

puberty affects everyone differently, however the good new is that you can still get a growth spurt, it doesnt always have to be immediate. I got my growth spurt already and im underweight and still have baby fat in my face,so it depends on your genes in your family sometimes. hope this helps
