if you have it can you tell me what it’s like? what’s the difficulty level? is it just like a class? do you need a lot of space to do it?

I used to have this video. I did the exercises and only had a tony apartment. It’s like taking an advanced beginning class. But it is only floor and center work. No barre and no mvoing across the floor.
